In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an active account on rr333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia or be an Indonesian national accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of rr333 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through rr333's responsible gaming tools or imposed externally.
• You must not be on any sanctions list maintained by any governmental authority with jurisdiction over rr333's operations.

rr333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Registration on rr333 is free of charge. Each eligible individual may open one (1) account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When completing the registration form, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Valid email address
• Preferred username and a strong, unique password
• Bank account details or e-wallet identifier to be used for deposits and withdrawals

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rr333 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact rr333 support immediately via live chat. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a compromise remains your responsibility.

rr333 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

In order to safeguard the integrity of the platform and comply with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards, rr333 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point during a Member's account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Verification documents typically requested include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., a BCA or Mandiri account book cover, an OVO or DANA account screen).
• Source of Funds: For high-value accounts, rr333 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for wagering.

All documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. rr333's compliance team will process verification requests within two (2) business days of receiving a complete document set. Until verification is complete, withdrawal limits may apply and certain features may be restricted.

rr333 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no conversion fees:

Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your rr333 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. rr333 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which rr333 accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, although high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC review in accordance with rr333's AML obligations.

Deposits must only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts — whether a family member's bank account or a shared digital wallet — will be refused and returned. Any balance derived from a third-party deposit that is identified after crediting will be voided, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the rr333 account management portal. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on file with rr333.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to reduced withdrawal limits. Full verification is required for withdrawals exceeding the applicable unverified threshold.
• Any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the portion of balance attributable to those Bonus Funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are targeted for completion within five (5) minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are targeted for completion within one (1) hour during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window.

rr333 reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the targets stated above. Members will be notified of any such delay via live chat or email. rr333 does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply its own fees.

rr333 offers a range of promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, seasonal promotions (tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day), and a tiered VIP loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members aged 21 and above only. One bonus claim per household, device, or IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms page. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%; sportsbook wagers at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's detailed terms.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
5. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 100.000 or 10% of the remaining Bonus Funds balance, whichever is higher. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being voided.
6. Abuse: rr333 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional errors — is identified.

rr333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus claims that have already been accepted and credited to a Member's account prior to the change.

By placing any wager on rr333 — whether on sports, live casino games, slots, Bandar Ceme, Sakong, or any other product — you confirm your acceptance of the specific game or sport rules that govern that product. General betting rules applicable across all rr333 products include:

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a wager has been settled and the result confirmed, the outcome is final. rr333 will not reverse settled bets except in cases of manifest error, system failure, or a proven breach of game integrity.
• Manifest Error: rr333 reserves the right to void any wager placed on the basis of a manifest error, including obviously incorrect odds, mis-posted lines, or game result errors. Members who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their accounts suspended.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of wager placement. rr333 may alter stake limits at any time without notice.
• Connectivity: rr333 accepts no liability for wagers that fail to register due to interruptions in the Member's internet connection. Members should confirm bet placement via the account transaction history before relying on a wager being live.
• Sportsbook: All sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, AFF Cup, and E-sports — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook rules section. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void selection will reduce the accumulator rather than void the entire bet unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live in-play markets move in real time. rr333 cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment you initiate a wager will be the odds at which the wager is accepted; a slight variance may apply due to latency. If odds change materially before acceptance, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new price or cancel the wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rr333. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one rr333 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or credentials to access or fund an rr333 account.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in card games or live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors in the platform's software. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported immediately and are subject to voiding.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or using rr333 as a conduit for any criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rr333 staff, support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the rr333 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

rr333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rr333 will notify the Member via their registered email address. Investigations are targeted for resolution within ten (10) business days, although complex cases may take longer. Where suspension results in a finding of no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rr333 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of unsatisfied Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

All content on the rr333 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, game logic, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of rr333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rr333 platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial recreational gambling in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written consent from rr333.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any rr333 software.
• Creating derivative works based on any rr333 content.
• Using the rr333 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by rr333.

Any intellectual property belonging to third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) displayed on the rr333 platform remains the property of the respective studio and is used under licence. rr333 makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr333's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the rr333 platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall rr333 be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by Force Majeure events as defined in Clause 1.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from causes outside rr333's reasonable control.
• Any claim arising from a Member's reliance on information published on third-party websites or communicated by third parties purporting to represent rr333.
• Losses arising from a Member's own failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any economic consequences arising from a Member's decision to place or refrain from placing any wager.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by rr333's gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rr333 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Members in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by rr333's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account with rr333, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. In summary, rr333 may use your personal data to:

• Operate your account and process transactions.
• Conduct KYC verification and fulfil AML/CTF obligations.
• Deliver customer support services.
• Send you promotional communications (where you have opted in).
• Improve the platform, personalise your experience, and conduct internal analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

rr333 does not sell your personal data to third parties. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Schedule automatic session breaks ranging from one hour to 24 hours. Once activated, a time-out cannot be cancelled before it expires.
• Reality Checks: Configure in-session notifications at intervals of your choosing (15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes) reminding you of total time played and net wagering activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rr333 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and rr333 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting rr333 support at [email protected]. rr333 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above within 30 days of the complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

rr333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
